Bowermaster Productions - User Content Submission & Release Agreement

This User Content Submission & Release Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Participant" or "You") and Bowermaster Productions, its successors, assigns, licensees, and legal representatives (collectively, "Producer").

BY UPLOADING CONTENT, SUBMITTING INFORMATION, OR CLICKING THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON ON ANY BOWERMASTER PRODUCTIONS SUBMISSION FORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS SET FORTH BELOW. YOUR SUBMISSION CONSTITUTES AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE PURSUANT TO THE E-SIGN ACT AND APPLICABLE STATE LAWS.

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, You hereby grant to Producer the following irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable rights:

1.1 Broad License: The right to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, edit, alter, and otherwise exploit any information, stories, files, photos, videos, audio, and other materials You submit ("Content") in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe in perpetuity.

1.2 Use in Any Project: This grant is not limited to a single production. Producer may use the Content in any current or future projects, including but not limited to documentaries (such as "Fractured Families"), marketing materials, social media, or other commercial works Producer deems appropriate and is not criminal in nature.

1.3 AI and Synthetic Media: The rights granted specifically include the right to use Your Likeness (voice, image, and persona) to create digital or synthetic versions, including voice cloning or AI-generated narration, for the purpose of narration, corrections, adjustments, or creative storytelling within Producer’s projects.

2. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

You represent and warrant that:

• 2.1 Ownership: You own the Content or have the legal right to grant these rights.

• 2.2 Truthfulness: Any stories or statements provided are true and accurate to the best of Your knowledge.

• 2.3 No Legal Conflicts: You agree that sharing this Content does not violate any court orders, privacy laws, or confidentiality agreements while taking into consideration that free speech used for the public's good has no end in our form of government.

3. RELEASE AND WAIVER

3.1 General Release: You release Producer from any and all claims, including defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or "false light," arising from the editing or use of the Content.

3.2 Irrevocability: Your submission is final. You understand that once the Content is used in a production, you cannot revoke these rights or prevent the distribution of that production.

3.3 No Compensation: You acknowledge that you are providing the Content for the opportunity to have your story shared and that no financial compensation is due to you.

4. CONDUCT

4.1 Lawful Use: Producer agrees that the Content will be used in a professional manner and will not be used for any purpose that is criminal in nature.

5. DIGITAL SIGNATURE

By clicking the “Submit” button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement, and that your electronic action constitutes a binding legal signature under the E-SIGN Act.

BY SUBMITTING YOUR CONTENT, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ITS TERMS.
